Sr. Outreach Specialist

Job Description: Sr. Outreach Specialist Duties:

  • Makes outbound and receives inbound calls with the intent of promoting or selling company services via computer interface
  • Interpret and explains information such as eligibility requirements and application details
  • Interviews patients/members via phone to gather personal/sensitive information in order to
  • determine eligibility for various government programs
  • Uses appropriate resources to support decision making
  • Completes brief case summary and online application
  • Initiate procedures to refer patient/member to other agencies for assistance as appropriate
  • Types and transmits correspondence as necessary
  • Track/monitor/retrieve information on calls
Minimum Qualifications: Sr. Outreach Specialist Qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience is required
  • Able to navigate Windows-based screening system effectively
  • Understand customer service processing requirements
  • Understands the management of call queues and has some experience in it
  • Basic Mathematics
  • Writing skills
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Monday – Friday 9:00am-6:00pm with one late night 11:00am – 8:00pm

Account Representative

Job Title: Account Representative

Job Description: 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Contacts individuals regularly and clarifies any and all gathered eligibility data
  • Obtains authorization to represent form and all necessary documentation/verifications. Mails forms to patients/members interviewed to process case appropriately
  • Clarifies services with details, sets expectations for process and communication to ensure patient/member understanding
  • Advise members and patients of program time limitations and ensure deadlines are met  Determines if/where prospect is in the application process  Assists in acquiring verifications; helps obtain and complete forms
  • Submits documents/applications to proper agencies; follows up appropriately with all entities to ensure processing
  • Overcomes objections to appropriately complete the application May identify patient/member needs and directs them to appropriate agencies for assistance (community resources)
  • Answers questions regarding the application, services and benefits Communicates with prospects via phone
  • Leverages technology and account processing workflows; maintains data integrity with accurate and concise documentation in systems
  • Foresees what needs to be done with all accounts and takes appropriate action to secure eligibility until all methods are exhausted
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks (fax, file, data entry, scan, index) Works with government agencies/physician offices to obtain coverage and clients
  • Follows up with agencies timely and regularly on application status
  • Schedules appointments
  • Secures any missing verifications needed and submits within given timeframes
  • Requests hearings if necessary
  • Foresees what needs to be done and takes appropriate action
  • Promptly take and return all calls
  • Answers questions regarding accounts, eligibility, etc.
  • Maintains positive professional relationship with agencies and clients Issues correspondence to physicians, educational institutions
  • interprets and correctly processes mail
