Job Description: Human Resources Assistant:

  • Phone screening applicants
  • Successful recruitment with individual and staffing vendors
  • Interview preparation including resume formatting and appropriate interview questions
  • Job Fair coordination
  • Networking
  • Experience coordinating schedules
  • Setting interviews with candidates, hiring manager(s) and staffing vendors
  • Confirming locations, times, and dates
  • Sending reminders
  • Following up to get and provide feedback
Minimum Qualifications: Human Resources Assistant:

  • Must have Scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with coordinating multiple schedules
  • Database experience
  • Good communication
  • Organizational experience

Office Manager

Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description:  

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations
  • Greet office visitors and providing general administrative support
  • Coordinate kitchen and office supplies
  • Manage support for Association equipment (laptops, projectors, etc) and monthly maintenance and leases (postage machine)
  • Oversee building / office maintenance needs and recycling
  • Assist with set up of regularly scheduled membership meetings
  • Coordinate supplies and set up for onsite meetings
  • Process incoming mail, manage general email account and voice messages
  • Manage all aspects of logistics for trainings
  • General accounting, including processing Accounts Payable and other accounting duties
  • Provide support for events and trainings
  • Registration and CRM duties including processing payments, providing customer service, registration and duties related to Salesforce
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant a plus
  • Previous experience with ordering supplies, customer service, facilities maintenance and management, purchasing / office machinery
  • Analytical Skills: How can the company save money? Are we getting the most out of our printer? You will be in charge of identifying inefficiencies and cost-savings as part of your day-to-day job
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Minimum Qualifications: Talent Recruitment Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience recruiting professionals
  • Engineering degree a plus
  • Strong understanding of and ability to recruit at all levels of an organization
  • Experience working in applicant tracking systems and HRIS
  • Experience with recruiting for technical fields and professional positions
  • Strong MS Office Skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle numerous open requisitions at a time
