Job Description: 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Contacts individuals regularly and clarifies any and all gathered eligibility data
  • Obtains authorization to represent form and all necessary documentation/verifications. Mails forms to patients/members interviewed to process case appropriately
  • Clarifies services with details, sets expectations for process and communication to ensure patient/member understanding
  • Advise members and patients of program time limitations and ensure deadlines are met  Determines if/where prospect is in the application process  Assists in acquiring verifications; helps obtain and complete forms
  • Submits documents/applications to proper agencies; follows up appropriately with all entities to ensure processing
  • Overcomes objections to appropriately complete the application May identify patient/member needs and directs them to appropriate agencies for assistance (community resources)
  • Answers questions regarding the application, services and benefits Communicates with prospects via phone
  • Leverages technology and account processing workflows; maintains data integrity with accurate and concise documentation in systems
  • Foresees what needs to be done with all accounts and takes appropriate action to secure eligibility until all methods are exhausted
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks (fax, file, data entry, scan, index) Works with government agencies/physician offices to obtain coverage and clients
  • Follows up with agencies timely and regularly on application status
  • Schedules appointments
  • Secures any missing verifications needed and submits within given timeframes
  • Requests hearings if necessary
  • Foresees what needs to be done and takes appropriate action
  • Promptly take and return all calls
  • Answers questions regarding accounts, eligibility, etc.
  • Maintains positive professional relationship with agencies and clients Issues correspondence to physicians, educational institutions
  • interprets and correctly processes mail
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year of Administrative experience
  • Must be Reliable
  • Great verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential accounts.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to actively pursue new business daily.

  • Learn about and identify all MBC target markets from primary household batteries to customized Industrial batteries. Must ultimately become knowledgeable in all aspects of the battery business to understand and identify all target market needs and basic requirements of their business.
  • Identify and approach all spent (scrap) battery opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize your schedule to maximize selling time in front of existing and potential accounts.
  • Manage account activity through routine product checks and regular stock rotations on consignment or regular customer stock.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns immediately.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Work closely with appropriate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales and new accounts.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce overstock inventory.
  • Maintain open communication with route delivery staff, inside sales and company management.
  • All Contacts and call activity to be logged and maintained in your company Blackberry.
  • Special deliveries to customers will be required regularly.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Required to grow sales and outperform set targets and budgets in Revenue, Profits and New account generation.
  • Work mainly on the road communicating with management and support staff in the office. May be required to work from home in the evenings and if required on weekends to complete all necessary work for customers.  Some light travel maybe required.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Minimum
  • Bachelors degree (BA)) or equivalent; or five to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Master’s Degree preferred.  Experience with report writing and programming desired.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.  Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
