| Job Description: |
- Coal will come in train cars and coal spudders break the coal
- Break up the coal using long metal poles
- Work outside in the cold
- Work for 40 minutes and then go inside for 20 minutes to warm up

| Minimum Qualifications: |
- Ability to work in the cold
- Ability to perform very manual labor
- Have work boots that are at least 6 inches tall
- Must have a respirator fit test – must have a shaved face to do so
